Orders & Payments
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary slightly by country. On average:
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1–3 business days
- France, Austria, Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
- Spain, Portugal, Italy: 3–5 business days

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Email us at support@byyousi.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
